Ceramic plate, 'Andean Regal Birds'

Inspired by proud nostalgia, Quisucar designs a spectacular decorative plate that replicates the weaves and patterns of the Inca. Quisucar starts by shaping a round ceramic plate on the lathe, and then cuts it into a square before baking. The colors � red, green, yellow, cream, and black � are the same as those preferred by the Inca. Quisucar also replicates ancient glyphs, giving preference to the much admired birds of the region. The plate is designed to hang on the wall or stand on a flat surface.
